In the past 45 years Ben Fleischner has worked in virtually every aspect of insurance coverage and defense. He has successfully handled cases ranging from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars in every forum from night small claims Court in the Bronx to the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, the New York Court of Appeals and New Jersey Supreme Court. Although his focus remains rooted in property and casualty coverage, his knowledge and experience in all areas of insurance law practice is a benefit to clients and attorneys in the firm. He has a well-earned reputation for efficiently resolving complicated matters to the satisfaction of disparate interests. His clients and his peers at the firm and elsewhere view his deep knowledge and experience as a valuable and irreplaceable resource.  Of late, Ben acts as an arbitrator on coverage matters, for which his knowledge and experience is invaluable.  

Over the years Ben has participated in numerous educational presentations at a variety of public and private venues and has written articles published by the Thompson/Reuters, the American Bar Association, Insurance Day and the New Jersey Law Journal among others. He was a founding member of the Board of Advisors for the Cares Institute at the Rowan University School of Medicine and is Chairman of the Board for the Monmouth Museum. He was also selected as a New York Metro Area Super Lawyer in the field of Insurance Coverage 2010-2019.
