Douglas R. D’Antonio is an accomplished civil litigator with over 30 years of legal experience in representing the interests of insurance carriers and their insureds relative to complex personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage issues, insurance fraud, and first party claims. He has litigated complex insurance fraud claims and was a member of the litigation team that secured a multi-million-dollar judgment against ten defendants found liable for violating the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act. Douglas is part of the firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group.
