Kevin McArdle is a partner in the Insurance Defense Practice Group. Kevin’s practice concentrates on the defense of complex litigation lawsuits in New York State and Federal Courts in which he represents corporations and individuals in construction litigation, products liability and general liability matters.  Kevin is particularly experienced in New York Labor Law Injury matters, where his creative and aggressive approach targets high-exposure cases for risk transfer and early resolution.  

Kevin is an Honors graduate of Siena College and Brooklyn Law School.  He is also active in his community volunteering for the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference.
