FP’s construction defect group handles matters involving significant structural damage or collapse claims, including foundations, roofs, waterproofing, flashing, mold, underpinning, excavation, and HVAC systems and plumbing. We focus not on just the assessment of damages, but also on a strategy to determine the cause of the problem in order to hold the offending party or parties accountable.
