David is an experienced litigator with a specialty in the defense of insured motorists, property damage claims, premises liability, Dram Shop claims, and negligent security matters. He is a confident and zealous advocate for his clients having achieved numerous successful results handling cases from inception to trial, including hearings, motions, oral argument, depositions, conferences, and all facets of discovery.
David attended Hofstra University School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal. While at Catholic University where he graduated magna cum laude, he was a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa. He has also been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars. In his free time, David enjoys running and exploring all the cultural pursuits that New York City has to offer as well as being an uncle to three amazing nephews.
