Sarah Labia is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group.  Sarah is an experienced litigator who handles cases from inception through trial. Her focus is on construction litigation, premises claims of all types, auto and trucking. Sarah has skillfully argued and met with great success on high exposure cases in the Appellate and Supreme Courts of New York, and numerous favorable results on motions and at mediations. Her attention to detail and aggressive advocacy are keys to her success.

Sarah is an award-winning graduate of the Touro College Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center and a cum laude graduate of Hofstra University.  In her spare time, she is an active participant in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, one of the largest and most impactful breast cancer movements in the United States.
