In this matter, received by our firm on the eve of trial, partner Rich Nichols immediately identified issues that went unaddressed by prior counsel when the New Jersey Superior Court granted summary judgment for defense and indemnification. Rich successfully moved for reconsideration, which is rarely granted before a final disposition, by arguing that New Jersey Supreme Court precedent  precluded the summary judgment ruling as the agreement at issue did not explicitly require our client to indemnify the co-defendant for their own negligence.T
