Douglas comes to FP with over 30 years of experience representing insurance carriers and their insureds in all areas of complex personal injury litigation matters including contract disputes, insurance coverage, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, employment and labor law.  Doug has litigated matters from inception through resolution and is skilled at conducting and defending depositions, achieving successful resolutions at mediations and arbitrations and executing cost effective litigation plans.  Prior to joining FP, Douglas was instrumental in successfully litigating insurance fraud claims.  

Douglas earned his B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University.
